Romar Beach – A smaller building situated close to the Gulf State Pier.
Romar House – Large floor plans within 2 different towers.
Romar Lakes – Great condos within 100 yards of the beach and 20 yards of Fin and Fork.
Romar Place – All of the 66 condos in this community have 3 bedrooms.
Romar Tower – This 9 story tower is located directly on the beach and offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom options.
Seachase Center – A very attractive building with a resort like pool area, right on the Gulf.
Seachase West – Sits to the left of the property above with the same style units and amenities.
Seaside Surf and Racquet Club – Here you’ll find a large community with nearly 200 condos on the beach side.
Shoalwater – There are a total of 72 units in this Gulf side tower in the heart of Orange Beach.
Silver Beach – You’ll find units from 830 to 1,100 square feet with awesome Gulf views.
Sugar Beach – This complex was the first condo community built at the beach that is very popular with tourists who want to spend a week at the beach.
Summer Breeze – Containing only 21 units, this building sits across the street from the quaint shopping area, SanRoc Cay.
Summer House on Romar Beach – Summer House offers large 3 bedroom condos on the beach.

The Enclave – In my opinion this complex is one of the best at the beach for the money. You’ll find 3 and 4 bedroom condos with tall ceilings and over-sized balconies to view the beautiful waters of the Gulf.
The Grander of Orange Beach – This is one of the most unique condo communities in Orange Beach. They are duplex style condos with an elevator and boat slips.
The Moorings – A condo community that is perfect for the full time resident or second home owner who has a boat.
The Palms – Yet another beach side community that is easy on the eyes..
The Pass – This is a low density community near Perdido Pass. Low density means that most of the units are not rented out. A great looking complex.
The Sands – For those who want to live full time at the beach, The Sands could be a good choice. This is a non-rental complex.
The Wharf – I often describe The Wharf as a city within a city. You can live in a condo here, go to the lazy river, go to dinner, see a movie, do some shopping, dock your boat – all without getting in your car.
The Yacht Club – All of the condos here are very large 4 bedroom units that have great views of the bay.
Tidewater – Here we have a 12 story Gulf Front tower with 102 condos.
Tradewinds – With 122 units, Tradewinds is a good option for those who want to buy an investment property.
Turtle Creek Landing – There are only 8 condos here but they are very spacious with boat slips.
Turquoise Place – Turquoise is a staple at the beach. Although these are very high end condos, it is very popular among investors, full time residents, and tourists.
Turquoise Place Tower D – The same complex, just a different tower. High end beach living!
Villas by the Bay – Have a boat and want a condo? You may want to check this complex out.
Vista Bella – Another community that is perfect for the full time resident. This is a non-rental building that offers indoor/outdoor pools and boat slips.
Walker Key – Located on the bay, complete with boat slips.
White Caps – All of these units offer 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths.
Windward Pointe – Here’s another complex that offers only 3 bedroom and 2 bath units that are spacious.
Wind Drift – This is a neat community. You can live “on” the beach and have a boat slip across the street.
