When I put Phoenix on the Bay on “the best” list, I am also referring to its next door neighbor, Phoenix on the Bay II.  The sister complex has a smaller pool area and less condos but everything else is virtually identical.

These two complexes are located off of Canal Road so although they don’t have a Gulf view, they do have great views of Terry Cove that leads to the Gulf.

Here are the stats for both complexes:

  • High – $2,250,000
  • Low – $415,000
  • Median price – $519,950
